Technical Product Developer to Build Nuvilo’s AI Customer Operations MVP

Nuvilo is an early-stage startup building an AI-powered customer operations solution for online shops and retail businesses. We are looking for a technical product developer to help us plan and build our MVP from the ground up. There is currently no working prototype or established codebase, so the developer will help assess the technical approach, recommend the appropriate technology stack, and develop the initial product. The MVP is intended to support AI-powered customer conversations, business-approved FAQs and information, conversation context, human handoff for unanswered or sensitive enquiries, and basic conversation records for authorised staff. This is a fully remote volunteer opportunity. Nuvilo currently has no budget for paid technical development. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in contributing to an early-stage product and can collaborate closely with the founder.
